Ok, so after a rough month of a lot of stress, tears and frustration due to work and my boyfriends recent move to Boston for a job opportunity, I woke up this morning realizing that laying around drowning my sorrows in a pint of Ben and Jerry’s is only making things worse, not to mention me fat! Sooooo, I’ve decided to through away the junk, wipe the tears and now I’m more determined then ever to get back on track to becoming my fit and fabulous self!!! With a little set back of 5 lbs added and a good percentage of muscle loss, I’m going to have to start hitting the gym hard and cleaning up my diet. This is where you guys come in, I NEED SOME MOTIVATION PEOPLE, so if your a fitness blog that can help me get outta this rut puhhhhlease repost, or like, or message me so that I can start following! i love your blog. what are some of the work outs you do?

Thanks girl:) I run and just recently started doing crossfit- its probably been the most effective and kick ass workout I’ve done so far!! Also, I Occasionally do a kickboxing program at a boxing gym with cardio combined with strength training, as well as a Pilates class at-least once a week. I get bored easily so i’m constantly switching up my workouts. Hope that helps:)
